Concept development
The basic recipe for successful concept development is to find real consumer insights and, with a large dose of creativity, translate them in the right way into winning propositions.. This sounds like a piece of cake. A trick that anyone can do. But in practice it turns out to be just that little bit more sensitive and complicated. Therefore I support organizations in finding ‘winning concepts’ (in words and images).
